Note: Due to hygiene and public health and safety reasons, we do not accept merchandise when its packaging seal has been partially or wholly damaged or broken. Please read Consumer Terms of Sale for details and eligibility.

Hearthonia wishes to ensure that your shopping experience at our site is always satisfying. We will always endeavour to accommodate your need to return a product, whatever your reason.

We are confident of products sold by us and offer a 14-day, 100% money back guarantee, from the date of your purchase.

You just need to contact our Customer Care team and get your return pre-approved. We will ask you to email us (at customercare@hearthonia.com) clear packaging and product images along with the Model Cancellation Request. Once approved, you will be asked to send the package back to us and follow it up with courier reference details.

We will process your cancellation request within 5 working days of receiving it. Return postage and shipping materials (box/envelope) are not provided by us. We will undertake to process your refund as agreed within 14 days of receiving the product at the address pre-printed on the form.

A return should only be posted back to Hearthonia after receiving pre-approval confirmation through our system otherwise it may cause substantial delay in its processing. Our return address is: HQBASICS LTD (Hearthonia), Mentmore House, Unit 2210, Cray Avenue, Orpington, Kent BR5 3QF.
